Incline Bench Press

Unrack the bar and position it over upper chest. Lower bar to upper chest with control. Press bar back up to starting position, maintaining tight core and stable base.

Preparation: Set incline bench to 30-45 degrees. Lie back with eyes under the bar. Plant feet firmly on floor. Grip bar with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width. Retract shoulder blades.
