Our Mission

ChunkItUp exists to make high‑quality fitness knowledge accessible to everyone. We’re combining an interactive muscle heatmap with a meticulously curated exercise library, so anyone can explore movements, learn correct form, and build smarter routines — completely free to browse.

Open Exercise Database

The database combines exercise records with muscle targeting, difficulty, movement categories, and video guidance where available. Detailed editorial guides are published selectively rather than claimed for every record.

Editorial Method

Articles are eligible for indexing only when they answer a distinct search intent, contain substantive topic-specific analysis, expose honest authorship and freshness, and provide visible references for claims that need them.

  • • Review attribution is shown only when distinct and real

Developer API (Coming Soon)

We’re building a public API so developers, coaches, and creators can access the ChunkItUp exercise dataset in their own apps. The goal is to make high‑quality exercise data easy to integrate and build on.

Updates and Corrections

We review trend-sensitive training content at least every 90 days and update or remove claims that are no longer supportable. If you report an error, we check it against the source record and visible references, correct the page when warranted, and update its freshness date. We do not add a reviewer label unless a distinct reviewer actually participated.
