Unrack the bar and position it over lower chest. Lower bar to lower chest with control. Press bar back up to starting position, maintaining tight core and stable position.

Preparation: Set decline bench to 15-30 degrees. Secure feet in leg restraints. Lie back with eyes under the bar. Grip bar with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width. Retract shoulder blades.
