
Squat with Bands
Descend into squat position as band tension decreases. Drive through heels to return to standing as band tension increases.
Instructions
Preparation: Set up barbell in squat rack with resistance bands attached to bar and anchored to floor. Position bar on upper back and step back.
Execution: Descend into squat position as band tension decreases. Drive through heels to return to standing as band tension increases.
