
Goblet Lunges
Step forward into a lunge position, lowering until both knees are at 90 degrees. Push through the front heel to return to starting position.

Preparation: Hold a dumbbell or kettlebell at chest level with both hands, elbows pointing down. Stand with feet hip-width apart.
